Erika was incredibly responsive and when we ran into difficulty with the lender, she stepped in and helped us navigate the mortgage company's moving targets. She checked in with us very often and made sure we were good to go and she worked with the seller's agent to get any documentation we needed to close. Would highly recommend Erika to anyone.
