My backstory is I needed to execute my Aunts' estate home in Kingman Arizona and I live in Washington State. The home still needed to be cleaned, landscaped and needed some repairs before it could ready to be put on the market. Niki had suggestions on who could provide the cleaning and the repairs and helped me coordinate getting these services completed. There was a potential issue with an appliance at the last minute and Niki was able to get the appliance checked out for me in a day. Niki is professional and thorough, there were no mis-steps or delays in getting the documentation completed and the house ready to sell.
