My backstory is I needed to execute my Aunts' estate home in Kingman Arizona and I live in Washington State. The home still needed to be cleaned, landscaped and needed some repairs before it could ready to be put on the market. There was a potential issue with an appliance at the last minute and Niki was able to get the appliance checked out for me in a day.
