My experience with Niki Tillmann was wonderful under very stressful circumstances. My house had been rented and the tenants did an enormous amount of damage and neglect to the property. With Niki's encouragement, understanding and knowledge helped lead me to a positive outcome. Although the home was sold "as is" her excellent expertise had the home sold in 12 hours.
