As a seller, she lists the home in both the ARMLS (valley) and NAZMLS (mountains). She utilizes any and all social media outlets (which is important in a small community, it gets the neighbors talking to their friends that are looking) and has the listing on Realtor.com and Zillow. She is communicative, positive and patient. I have my realtor license myself and really can't think of transaction that has gone any better.
