We decided to use Nancy Shelton as our agent in Munds Park. We wanted to use a local realtor who would have an established client base and knowledge of the area. We are so glad that we made that decision! She was very knowledgeable. We had issues with home, inspections and she Knew all the contractors and laborers in that area, which made it much less stressful for us to try to figure out!
