Kudos to Lorraine de la Cruz, who was amazing from the beginning to the very end. Her experience as a Realtor helped in negotiating the price and also in negotiating with the plumber and the landscape maintenance for the needed repairs and maintenance. She also helped provide contacts for assistance in cleaning and Pinewood Sanitation. She was at the cabin when all the appointments were made to repair and inspect, even though I was still in the Valley at home. She made two conference calls with Amerigas that lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes and 1 hour and 20 minutes. She went above and beyond the call of duty by drafting a report to address the buyer's request for repairs in the middle of the night and then, on the next day, in order to resolve a last-minute issue, she drove 40 minutes to Flagstaff just to speak with the Amerigas supervisor.
