I had lots of questions as a first timer and she always helped me through the process and in finding the right home. I used the VA loan and she was able to help me with that as well. She is also a fantastic negotiator, we got everything we asked for as far as price, closing costs, and repairs after the inspection. Throughout our home buying process, Celeste was incredibly communicative. We were impressed by her negotiation skills. During the negotiation phase she leveraged every aspect of the deal not just the asking price to our advantage. She managed to lower the asking price significantly and also ask for other items to be included, lowered or paid for. Items that one does not think about, but they all add up. That alone significantly helped us save thousands. Her genuine care and support extended beyond just the transaction. When we were stressed about repairs or services after buying our home, she connected us with reliable services that she knows and even checked post-move to ensure we were all set. After submitting what felt like millions of requests through Zillow to see properties I'd almost given up, but I decided to give one more a try and this time I immediately got a call back. Celeste was not what I expected a real estate agent to be. She was very nice, and receptive to every request we made. She never hesitated in showing us any property we had in mind, never pressured us into any kind of commitment, and communication was top notch. She would send us listings, I would choose a handful, and the next day we were out looking. We had no plans to move from our current place, but the new owner decided to disrespect and disregard her own sister's wishes and without any regard or discussion we were put in a very bad spot. Celeste knew nothing of this, nor did she ever probe. She simply helped us with what we needed which was find a place that we could call home. Even if that meant a rental while we make a final decision on a proper home. I really cannot stress how helpful and comforting it was to deal with her at the this time. If you're looking to buy, or rent a home there's no one I would recommend more than Celeste. If you ask a question about a listing that she doesn't know she will find the answer for you. She's very open when discussing whether or not solar panels should go on this house or that one. What more can you ask for?
