Yvonne was easy to contact through her online information. I chose her based on some great Yelp reviews. When issues came up, she took care of them relatively quickly. However, she needs to work on her communication skills. She can be abrasive and unprofessional at times, and she sometimes seems annoyed about doing her job. She did an okay job of walking me through the process of selling my house, but she did not provide information about the tax implications, so it's important to talk to your financial advisor before and after a sale. She was not willing to negotiate her rate, even though she didn't sell my house at the price I had hoped for. One thing she excelled at was having backup plans. When our first contract fell through, she already had another person lined up. All in all, she did the job I hired her to do.
