In 2021 my husband and I made the big move to California to be closer to our children. Being in our 60s and having owned a home in New Hampshire for 24 years, it was a big decision to say the least. We decided to start by renting an apartment until we could decide which town, in the vicinity of our children, would be best suited to us. Our lease was for 15 months. With 6 months left on our lease, we decided it was time to start shopping for our forever home. It has been a roller coaster ride particularly with the volatile LA housing market and increasing interest rates. If it were not for our wonderful brokers, Dino Katsiametis and Anthony Georgopoulos, @California Coastal Loans and our realtor, Stephanie Villavicencio @Villavicencio Real Estate, we would not have found the place that was just right for us. We were lucky that our daughter and her husband, who had just bought a house a year earlier, had highly recommended all of them. Both our brokers and realtor walked us through everything step by step and kept us informed and made sure we were comfortable with the decisions we were making. They were always quick to respond. Neither team ever made us feel like we were burdening them with our never-ending questions. In particular, if it weren’t for Stephanie’s unending patience with us an taking the time to get to know us and really listen to what we were looking for, we believe we would never have found the perfect house for us in an amazing location. The house we bought would not have even come up in our search engine criteria. It was Stephanie who saw it and just felt it would be a good match for us. Rob was patient and showed us many condos in different areas before finding the perfect one. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and listened to what we wanted. He worked closely with us, was always available for questions and did such a great job that we had him handle both transactions..... buying a condo in a new area and selling our current house. While selling our current house he had awesome photos taken to advertise, had two open houses, and had great success finding buyers for it.

When we first spoke with Lawrence Soza regarding the sale of our home, we appreciated the fact that he was very professional and patient answering any and all of our questions. He never pressured us to make any decisions that weren't our own and only shared his professional expertise. Once we decided to put our home up for sale, Lawrence did all he could to help us meet our goals and timeline by even helping us pack and load up our trailers when they arrived. Lawrence even recruited his wonderful wife Mona aka "Our Cleaning Angel" who came almost everyday to help us prepare for the sale of our home and help us pack up final items.
