In 2021 my husband and I made the big move to California to be closer to our children. Being in our 60s and having owned a home in New Hampshire for 24 years, it was a big decision to say the least. We decided to start by renting an apartment until we could decide which town, in the vicinity of our children, would be best suited to us. Our lease was for 15 months. With 6 months left on our lease, we decided it was time to start shopping for our forever home. It has been a roller coaster ride particularly with the volatile LA housing market and increasing interest rates. Rob was patient and showed us many condos in different areas before finding the perfect one. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and listened to what we wanted. He worked closely with us, was always available for questions and did such a great job that we had him handle both transactions..... buying a condo in a new area and selling our current house. While selling our current house he had awesome photos taken to advertise, had two open houses, and had great success finding buyers for it.
