My experience with Mr Soza was great, will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. when we went to see a house he would point out the location, like where the shopping centers,school, freeways were located etc and explain something about the community we were in. I never felt rushed always told me to take the time I needed and explained some details about the house beforehand. what I liked about Mr Soza is that he inspects the house like he was buying it for himself, pointing out the quality of the work that was done or if it was a flip or how much it might cost me if it needed work. he always answered his phone when I called with questions. He was very patient with me since this was my first time buying a house. And thanks to him I found the perfect house!
