Home sale 2022
From start to finish Jerry went above and beyond the call of duty. Every time we met with him and his team he took the time to answer any and all of our questions and make sure that we full understood the process. No meeting was ever rushed or hurried, even though I am sure that Jerry had many other clients to work with. Jerry and his team go the extra mile in every way and because of his work ethic and diligence, our home sold for well over our asking price. There is not a single person out there that I would trust more than Jerry to get the job done and to get it done right.

A Genuine True Professional
When I say genuine, I truly mean genuine. Anthony is the kindest authentic person. My family is very humble and dealing with realtors can be very intimidating; not to mention probate as well "a very frightening time" not knowing what to do where to go. Anthony made us very comfortable. He won our trust and build a great rapport. When we would ask the same questions over and over to him, he was not annoyed. He made sure we understood everything we were about to venture from start to finish. I truly appreciated his empathy. I was amazed how fast the property sold. But, even more surprised how Anthony did not settle for the first offer. He looked out for my family’s best interest. And on a personal note, I will never forget how kind he was to my mom. He said "Mary mom I'm going to make sure we get the best offer for the property". So, if anyone needs a realtor, I highly recommend Anthony Colon Jr a true honest genuine professional. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Better than expected!

Joe is the best agent we've ever had!
