Ledeen was born and raised in Southern California, and brings 30 years of experience in sales and customer service! Ledeen and her husband, Gary, decided to move to Bluffton in 2018 in order to be close to family. Upon arriving in Bluffton, Ledeen saw the growth in town and felt this would be the perfect place to make dreams come true for others. Moving gave them the opportunity to purchase a home in Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head. They wanted a community that had an active social life along with the opportunity for swimming, kayaking, pickle ball, concerts, other activities and taking their cute Schipperkes, Bosch and Shasha to the dog park to play. They also enjoy long walks on the beach and just relaxing on the patio watching the birds swoop down in the lagoon to feed. Ledeen has been real estate since 2008, and she loves helping people find their dream home.

Above & Beyond From Start to Finish

I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From the beginning, Mary was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She made the entire process feel much less overwhelming and was always willing to answer questions, explain things, and make sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how much she genuinely cared about finding the right outcome for me rather than simply making a sale. She was honest, patient, and always had my best interest in mind. Incredible experience working with Ledeen Hangen

Both Jodie and I had just a wonderful experience working with Ledeen Hangen. She was incredibly responsive to all our needs during a stressful time in our lives. She negotiated a great deal for us in the process in getting a full price offer on our villa home and also ensured our rights were protected. Ledeen is a full-service realtor who offers turnkey concierge service. She even brought us boxes and supplies stopping by to see how we were doing.
