Paul was very friendly, as well as professional. He responded quickly to questions we had for/from the buyer. He gave us realistic expectations on how quickly the property would move based on market values, asking price, and time of the year. No negatives to report. When you hire Paul, you will not be let down

My husband and I worked with Donna to purchase a home upon being transferred to Las Vegas from San Francisco. She was fantastic! She is so knowledgeable about the market and builders in town. She helped us find the perfect neighborhood and was with us through every step of the process through the inspection and closing. We were thrilled with her service and expertise and will definitely use her if we ever move again!

I have known Merri perry for over 30 years. I trust Merri with all my real estate needs. She cares about her clients. Gets the highest price when you list your home with her. Gets you the best price when you sell. She is hands down a 5 star agent

Merri Perry is hands down one of the BEST realtors in the Las Vegas Area. I have been in this Mortgage industry for 15years. I haven't seen anyone go above and beyond what she does for her clients. I am a professional magician and I still can't figure out how she Magically makes Miracles happen with her clients. Merri gives a lot back to her community and does a lot of charity events. She has the biggest heart. If you are looking for a realtor to trust for any of your real estate needs, pick up the phone now and call Merri Perry.

Integrity throughout the entire process. Paul helped me buy this home 8 years ago and he sold it for me when the time came to relocate. His team communicated with me at every turn of this transaction and watched over our property while we were busy setting household in another state.
