Tony is a hands on agent. Communication and customer service exceed agents I've used in the past. He was available through all the process of my home buying experience. I would recommend him and would use him again. I am now a happy homeowner thanks to Tony.

Tony has helped us through multiple real estate transactions (both selling my family home and buying a new one), as anyone who has used a realtor in Vegas can attest, there are a lot of realtors, but very few exceptional ones. Whatever issues popped up, Tony took care of them and kept us on track, I never thought I would find the right house, but Tony knew what we wanted so well, he went out looking on a weekend without us!, he called us and said he found it, e-mailed us videos, he was right and we were in contract shortly thereafter. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

I have known Tony since moving to Las Vegas about 9 years ago. I met him through a friend and have always called him even when I was just curious when I saw a potential property. This past month I actually purchased a house and Tony was helpful, everything was smooth and answered all my questions.

Donna is an outstanding agent. We got top of the market for our home. The process was great! I have sold a few houses and this one was by far the smoothest. I would recommend her to anyone.

Merri Perry truly goes above and beyond the call of duty. She does not stop until her client is happy. She dealt with us while we looked for 6 months to find the perfect home. Thank you Merri!!! You're the best!!!!!!!!!!

Merri perry has been mine, my family and all my friends agent for over 20 years. She saves us the most money and negotiates the best deals for us. She won best real estate agent last week, and last year. She is the best negotiator and I would suggest her to everyone.

All I can say is WOW! Team Merri Perry is a well oiled real estate machine!!!! I was working with another realtor who was very nice but lacked the competitive edge and knowledge that Merri brings to the negotiating table. To say that Merri is an expert in the local real estate market is an understatement, this team found us the perfect home and saved us $50k! Merri makes purchasing real estate a fun experience because she knows what is a deficit and a profit when evaluating properties. Merri truly has her clients best interest in mind. Monique, Merri's assistant is also a force to be reckoned with, between the two they worked around my crazy schedule to show homes, even answered my 1:00am emails without fail! This is a powerful team that not only gets the job done but will turn you a profit. You can't go wrong with the Merri Perry team!

Merri Perry is a Realtor who truly cares about her clients. Her caring demeanor, along with her disciplined work ethic go hand in hand in achieving her goal of "doing what's right for her clients". Her extreme attention to detail, along with her negotiation skills, are what gives her the edge in helping people to achieve the American Dream of Home ownership. She helped us find, and negotiate A great deal on a commercial building at the right price what other realtors couldn't do. Big or small she does it all. If you are looking for a Realtor who cares more about you and your goals instead of their commission, Merry Perry is the Realtor for you.
