Being a first time homebuyer, the whole process was a little overwhelming and I'm glad I had Lori to help walk me through the process. She made herself available to talk whenever I had questions (pretty much anytime). When I'd send her a text or email asking for clarifications she responded within the hour and would offer to call me back immediately. When touring homes my boyfriend and I never felt pressured to buy, it always seemed like she wanted us to find the home perfect for us no matter how long it would take. During negotiations, she did her best to fight for what we wanted and was instrumental in the eventual deal going forward (we almost backed out because the seller wouldn't repair the AC which we thought was a deal-breaker). Long story short, the whole home buying process was stressful to be sure, but I can't even imagine how much more stressful it would have been without Lori to walk and guide us through the process. I've recommended Lori to family/friends and have not heard any complaints yet. Highly recommended.

I first met Merri in 2009 when she helped us find a condo in Las Vegas. This was a second home for us and we had some specific needs associated with that. Merri did a great job with that purchase and we have been extremely happy with the condo. When we were ready to make a permanent move to Las Vegas I only wanted to work with Merri and her team member, Jodi. Again, we had specific needs for a home so Merri and Jodi worked tirelessly to find us the right fit. She knows the Las Vegas housing market extremely well and was able to guide us to several options. I don't know of anyone with more energy and determination than Merri and Jodi. When we found our home there were two other people in the running for the house. Merri and Jodi gave us great advice for how to make our offer the most attractive and it worked! I can't recommend them highly enough!!

Not long ago I had a horrendous experience dealing with a bank trying to get them to work with me. I got nowhere until Tony helped through the short sale of my house. I'm 100% positive that I wouldn't have had a positive outcome if it wasn't for Tony. Not only did he help me through my short sale, work around my schedule as a parent who works full time, but he also found my girlfriend and I a 3000 square foot house in a beautiful area for less than what she was paying monthly for a 1700 square foot house. Tony went above and beyond any expectations I've ever had with anyone in real estate or any customer service related field. Not only would I recommend him to all my family friends (which I have), but I can honestly say that as long as Tony is in town I will never go to anyone else. This review is a 100% honest and if it sounds too good to be true than you probably have never done business with someone like Tony.
