Jerome, was so sweet and patient with us and really got to know what our specific desires were in a new home. Jerome was also very honest in stating what was overpriced or not, and what to bid on a home that did interest us. He found us the perfect home that we are thrilled with. Jerome also sold our home so quickly at a price even we thought was priced too high, but the market was stating otherwise. Our home sold within a day. Through all of the transactions of buying and selling a home, Jerome was on top of it all letting us know where we were in the process of both homes. Jerome was personally involved in following up with all those involved in getting the process settled in a timely matter. Our experience with Jerome Edwards was wonderful. We thank him for his patience and his due diligence in getting both transactions finalized in a timely fashion. Initially, I was trying to sell my house by myself, not feeling comfortable dealing with an agent and paying commissions. But out of many agents who offered me their services, Maryam was the only one who sounded most genuine to me and even gave me great tips for me to sell my house by myself in the beginning. Later on, I reached out to her to represent me to sell my house and see how much she can sell it for. With confidence, she told me she can sell my house at least 30k more than what I would be willing to sell it for by myself. She was very approachable and open to negotiate a deal with me for her service that was very competitive as well compared to other agents I encountered. She even taught me many things and coached me through the process as I'm an inexperienced seller; she was detailed and frank in answering all my questions and concerns. And at the end the house was sold in less than a week and I'm way better off financially because of her and the advices she provided. From my experience with Maryam, she responses in minutes not hours or days. She prioritized my business as her own and give full attention in every step of the process. It's not easy to trust a stranger with one of the biggest transactions in your life, but with a person with high integrity, professionalism and friendliness like Maryam I was at easy and stress-free through the process knowing she got my back. I would definitely retain her service in the future and recommend her to my family and friends.
