Sold my home Merri and her team did an outstanding job with the sale of my house.. special shout out to Jody Handy who handled most of the transaction. Everything was done with the top-notch service for not only myself but I believe the buyer also. Every email and or phone call was returned extremely prompt and I was kept in the loop the entire process.. Couldn’t ask for anyone more professional and more efficient. Highly recommend Merri and her team!!

Jerolyn stayed Positive throughout our journey and finding a home. She met up with us at any time of the day she’s very flexible very knowledgeable on the homes around the location. Even when we found our home she was with us throughout all the steps of home inspection and making sure that we weren’t lied to and that we were told the truth and given all the facts. I wouldn’t ask for another realtor she’s she’s truly amazing

Jerolyn was great to work with and always made it easy to go through the process. Always checking to make sure contracts and documents was correct between builders and lenders. Always chasing up my concerns with builder and lender. A++ realtor!

Madlen was my agent twice, first when I purchased the home and later when I decided to sell. She was excellent at managing the entire process since I was in a different state. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that will get you the best price and make sure that your interests and expectations are met! She did a fantastic job!

There are no words to express how amazing Merri and Jodi are. From the moment I decided to sell my townhome to the moment I closed on my new home they made sure I was at ease and informed of everything throughout the whole process. Merri was able to negotiate a great deal for me when selling and also buying. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and couldn’t be more grateful for the team Merri and Jodi are. Undoubtedly, the best realtor anyone could ask for.
