Working with Chris to buy a house was great. It's no exaggeration to say he is one of the most professional professionals I've ever worked with in any capacity. He truly sets a new standard. He's patient, clear, and incredibly responsive. I quickly came to trust and value his expertise and opinion. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation. It's a pleasure to work with someone so good at what he does.

I highly recommend Christopher Logan. Christopher helped my husband and I through the process of buying a house recently. He was professional, knew the local real estate market and pricing, along with being familiar with the neighborhoods that were suitable for us. He was always available to answer questions and ensure the process went smoothly. I enjoyed working with Christopher.

My experience with Christopher Logan was fantastic! We relocated from Florida to Nevada, so we were not able to see the properties in person; Christopher zoomed every aspect of each neighborhood and property for us. He was very expedient with writing our offers , explaining any additional options to strengthen these offers, helped talk us through the entire accepted offer process and gave guidance all the way through to the final close of our home . He had excellent follow-up to any questions or needs we had anytime of day, even after our home closed. I would recommend Christopher Logan to anyone who is looking for a Client -First approach to buying or selling a home.

Chris was amazing! Super helpful and transparent with the whole process. Especially since we bought from out of the state. He was easy to communicate with and took us on zoom calls to wherever we wanted and was open and honest about what he thought about each property. Would highly recommend.

From my understanding, Carrie is relatively new as a real estate agent. That being said, my wife and I were very satisfied with her performance and final outcome regarding our house sale. She kept us up to date on all offers and had us electronically sign most required forms for real estate sales in Nevada. She is very personable and professional and understands the clients requirements. I would not hesitate to seek her services should the need arise again. Kudos to Carrie and thanks once again for your assistance.

Joel is the ultimate Realtor. He was able to sell our house very quickly, and made a very difficult cross-country transition much easier for us. Most importantly, Joel was able to relieve all of our stress by putting it all on his shoulders. He is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, down to earth, and easy to talk to. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Joel Torres. Highly recommended to anyone selling or buying property. You will not be sorry!

This is my second real estate transaction with Maryam. I have the same great experience as my previous dealing with her. She's enthusiast on what she does. Her competent, positive attitude and professionalism are some of her great features. She helped me buy an investment property, where she advised me on market opportunities, researched and verified info I asked for and communicated clearly and quickly about any info I needed to make my decisions. Dealing with her gave me peace of mind in every aspect in the transaction, knowing that she takes her fiduciary duty seriously and always watch out of me. I highly recommend retaining her service in your real estate needs.

Merri Perry is the best Realtor, Real estate agent I ever dealt with. I always wanted to buy a home , but was afraid of the process. Most agents wouldn’t take the time to explain everything to me. Merri even negotiated $50,000 off of the list price in a sellers market. This is my first home, and I plan on buying investment properties with Merri Perry again. 5 Stars
