My experience with Merri and Jodi was nothing short of incredible. I have several decades of experience in Commercial Real Estate brokerage, management and putting together real estate partnerships, so I know the business really well. That experience allows me to fully appreciate how hard Merri and Jodi had to work in representing me as a buyer with multiple offers. We first had another unit in escrow when the Seller notified us that their tenant was staying. I needed the unit for my own use, so this was a disaster. Another Strip View unit came on the market the next day, immediately received 5 other offers and that’s when Merri and Jodi really went to work. They have such respect and credibility in the industry that Listing brokers know that their clients will always perform, so that makes Merri Perry clients rise above the rest. The unit was exactly what I wanted and they were able to beat all other offers and get me the unit. We closed escrow in less than two weeks without a wrinkle. They had the inspector lined up in a day (again because of their relationships in the Real Estate market) and we flew through the contingencies. They even lined up a handyman for the little things that needed repair. They either always answered the phone or returned my calls within an hour every time. They gave me guidance and answered every question all along the way very professionally and very quickly, which is always what you need when you’re buying or selling your place.
