This is the second outstanding experience we've had with Pat. Full disclosure: I've known Pat for years from a previous job but had never utilized him as our real estate agent until July 2020. He knocked it out of the park on the purchase of this house back then. He protected us from a shady sellers agent and got us a GREAT deal on the place. So obviously we called him when we were ready to sell. Once again, he was all over it. We didn't have to worry about a thing. He got us full asking price and guided us thru the entire process. This was INVALUABLE as we were selling this place while buying out of state. Nightmare... If you're thinking about using anyone else... DON'T !!!

Worry free. Two words to describe my experience with Maryam. From the beginning she was upfront with the contract and the conditions, No surprises and No hidden fees.
