Joel helped me sell my first home. I thought it would be more difficult given the market, but he made it feel seamless. He kept it simple when it came to explanation of requirements. He was transparent every step of the way and very realistic in his approach. He didn’t oversell me on how much I would make on my home, but he also knew the emotion behind us selling our first home. He was gentle and considerate at the fact that we were moving cross country with pets so he kept us updated throughout the whole process. I am extremely satisfied with his efforts and would absolutely recommend him as your agent. He is a family man that works with integrity and will take care of you as if you were family. I couldn’t thank him enough!

Let’s start this off by saying, Joel is amazing!!! Probably one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt like I was doing this alone when I had Joel running the show selling my home. He conducted multiple open houses, put my listing up on multiple realtor sites, reached out to many potential buyers via social media and got us the deal that we were looking for in the long run. Joel always makes sure to check in on you and will never do anything that you are uncomfortable with. Things will get stressful, that is no lie, but Joel will make sure to have your back through it all!! I truly am blessed to have had the experience I had with him and hope anyone else who is looking to buy or sell can work with Joel Torres on that process.

It was our first time buying a home, and Joel and his team made the whole process feel smooth. He was always available and had answers to our questions. Even after buying the home and being done with all the process I know we can still reach out to him for help if I have any questions regarding the house.

The process was simple with Joel communication was very effective he made sure to be available for any questions or concerns kept me updated with any task that I had to complete and he made sure to process documents in timely manner , his market knowledge stays up to date and offer suggestions regarding my purchase that can help in the long run with todays market. The most important thing for me during my purchase process I didn’t feel pressure or rush to do something I didn’t feel comfortable he was very patient respectful and professional definitely recommend it took me almost 10 years to buy my first home i use different realtors and never felt the willingness to help and have the patience it was more of well we can’t do that we need this if you don’t have this not much we can do , this process was very positive no negativity to reach my goal I can finally say finally !!!
