I'll start my review for Damon by simply saying he is hands down one of the best realtors you could ever work with. My home purchase in Las Vegas was the fourth home purchase I've made, and I have never felt like such an important client and priority to my agent. From the beginning of the process, Damon made time for us and worked around our schedules for touring homes and providing a ton of information about Vegas - as we were moving from out of state. Once we had an offer accepted, Damon was on top of everything from inspections, water reports, contractor references, holding the seller accountable, and the list goes on and on. His response time and communication was simply amazing, which made us feel like we were his only priority. If it wasn't for Damon's help, I don't think this transaction would have ever gone through and we wouldn't have ended up with this awesome home. Beyond the working relationship, Damon is a good guy who is easy to talk to and always made us feel welcome and at ease. He treats everyone with great respect, and I admire the pride he takes in his work. If and when we sell our current home, Damon will be our very first call. I could not recommend him more highly.

Carla is rare in so many incredible ways. With my father's health rapidly declining, we requested her help selling the last of my father's investment properties. My husband has been living in Vegas since the 80s and myself the 90s and it’s very hard to find an exemplary Real Estate Agent that really cares. Svita really cares and shows sincerity of helping. My experience with Carla from start to finish was nothing but amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get the best price on my townhouse. The builder was being difficult and was trying to pull some things over on me but Carla was on it and paying attention to every detail. When it came to the final walk through and all inspections she was very hands on and helped me point out every little detail for repairs. When I couldn’t be there, she always was. This was huge help for me because of my hectic work life. I would recommend her to anyone and use her a million times over.
