We had to leave the area unexpectedly. Kim was very instrumental in getting our property ready for sale and getting it sold.

We didn’t have an agent when we started looking since we didn’t want to feel pressured during our search. When Ms Mohavvelaty showed us this property I was impressed by her professionalism and friendliness. By the end of the showing I told my husband that she is the agent I’d like to work with- and he agreed. Maryam has been nothing but an exceptionally passionate and caring agent. She kept us constantly updated, we didn’t have to run after her for any information whatsoever. We are out-of state buyers, so that adds a bit of complication, but Maryam went above and beyond and even recorded the house after tenants have moved out to share with us its condition!! I honestly don’t think this transaction would have been this smooth if it wasn’t for Maryam’s dedication and hard work. I’d work with her in a heart beat again!!

My wife and I contacted Maryam, the listing agent, to express interest in the property that we ended up purchasing. She ended up representing us as well. Throughout the process, Maryam was very responsive, forthcoming, and very transparent. What we appreciated the most from the experience with Maryam was the fact that she wasn't afraid to tell us things that she didn't know and she would find the answers for us. I would work with Maryam again if the opportunity presents.
