I met Janet at an open house and immediately knew she'd be my agent. I was a first-time homebuyer, and the entire process felt daunting at the beginning. Janet was a huge help; she simplified the whole process and made it a lot less stressful. She was professional, friendly, and an excellent communicator. She addressed all my concerns and followed up on things we had discussed. She always kept me informed of what was going on. I will definitely work with her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone!

Darshana really listened to what we were looking for and was always happy to show us properties from our list and hers. Of course we bought the house she picked out because she knew exactly what we were looking for! She was so helpful negotiating in our favor! Thanks again for going the extra mile through the entire process!! Made it less stressful for sure!!

Darshana is truly the best Vegas has to offer for a realtor. She is the very best to help you find the kind of properties you are looking for. Also she is always available to help you with any questions about finding the perfect place for you. Even if she is on vacation. Thanks again Darshana.

Initially I had concerns about the process of purchasing in Las Vegas. I live in New York and had to travel across country to look at places I was interested in purchasing. I also had a limited ability to drive the administrative process as I did not really understand the Nevada market. I had many concerns that this was going to create challenges in my purchasing the condo that I wanted and that it would be a slow and difficult process. When I met Paul for the first time, he quickly changed my perception. He was very organized in his process to look at locations, and created a targeted list for me to see. He was also diligent, and made sure that he received as many permissions as possible from tenants to allow me to see a broad array of different locations. Paul quickly had me zoned into the building I wanted to purchase in, and showed me a condo I quickly knew I wanted to purchase. Once I decided to purchase, it felt like the whole transaction was on autopilot. Paul did all of the administration necessary for me to close. He coordinated with the sellers and their agent to document changes to the contract, coordinated with the title company and the bank around funding, and even helped me answer numerous questions around the Nevada market. We went from contract to close in roughly 30 days. I have purchased number of homes in the past and have worked with several different brokers. My experience with Paul was the best, and I certainly would recommend him to colleagues who are interested in the market.

Mike was super helpful throughout my experience of purchasing a home! He helped guide me through this long process and was able to answer all of my questions. Mike did a great job in explaining all of the pre-closing and closing paperwork, loan processing, and other home related things. He has went above and beyond to represent what I wanted with my new home and did an amazing job in communicating daily about updates on the home. I am very happy with my experience with Mike's incredible work and would 100% recommend him to anyone buying a new home. Thank you Mike! :)
