Initially I had concerns about the process of purchasing in Las Vegas. I live in New York and had to travel across country to look at places I was interested in purchasing. I also had a limited ability to drive the administrative process as I did not really understand the Nevada market. I had many concerns that this was going to create challenges in my purchasing the condo that I wanted and that it would be a slow and difficult process. When I met Paul for the first time, he quickly changed my perception. He was very organized in his process to look at locations, and created a targeted list for me to see. He was also diligent, and made sure that he received as many permissions as possible from tenants to allow me to see a broad array of different locations. Paul quickly had me zoned into the building I wanted to purchase in, and showed me a condo I quickly knew I wanted to purchase. Once I decided to purchase, it felt like the whole transaction was on autopilot. Paul did all of the administration necessary for me to close. He coordinated with the sellers and their agent to document changes to the contract, coordinated with the title company and the bank around funding, and even helped me answer numerous questions around the Nevada market. We went from contract to close in roughly 30 days. I have purchased number of homes in the past and have worked with several different brokers. My experience with Paul was the best, and I certainly would recommend him to colleagues who are interested in the market.

My impression with Macrena is unforgettable until now she treats me like family. On Thanksgiving 2024 I went to Las Vegas for 4 days weekend to look for a place (home) to live with my husband. I called more than 5 agents from Seattle thru google information to help me, but no agent available accept after thanksgiving for an appointment show, I called a lady name Macrena. She was very friendly on the phone & willing to help me and ready. I was so happy. I learn a lot about Las Vegas through her on the phone which area etc and she works her magic sent me properties, we communicated until I fly to Vegas. I went there on Wednesday Thanksgiving weekend I believe then on Friday and Saturday we searched the house. I didn’t decided or anything, but Macrena said have a nice flight home whatever decision she said contact me. Me & my husband returned to Seattle.
