When I called Martha, I truly thought I had an un-sellable home. I thought I'd be here until at least May if not longer. Prior to putting it on the market she went through everything with me and found someone to help redo my bathroom floor before sale. She was on her game 100% of the time. Her communication skills are unmatched. She never once tried to cut any corners or leave me out of the loop. Needless to say we put it on the Market for showing on a Saturday and had multiple offers by Monday. I can't thank Martha enough for how incredibly easy and stress free she made this process for me. I highly, highly recommend her for selling or buying. I'd say she's probably one of the best realtors I've met in this town.

Ricki Lynne Miller is a rare individual indeed! I have never known anyone quite like her. She is a true professional with an amazing servant's heart. She has so much integrity that I would trust her with my very life. She knows the Las Vegas real estate industry like a true pro. I am thoroughly impressed with her industry knowledge and her instincts. As an out of state seller, I desperately needed eyes on my investment property, and a point person to handle matters that came up. Ricki was all of that and more. Over and over again she went above and beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. When I needed to find someone to perform some labor, Ricki not only would find a contractor for me, she would actually do much of the work herself. She was even willing to get her hands dirty by performing yard work and clearing out the former tenants' junk. Having bought and sold many properties through the years, I have found that every Realtor will tell you that they care about you. But I have never seen, or heard about, any Realtor who puts words into action like Ricki does. When the sale of my property closed, my first thought, I say in all sincerity, was to celebrate that Ricki could now get paid! I was more happy for her than I was for myself. And that is truth.
