This was my first home purchase and Fumiko made this experience great for me from start to finish. The house I ended up finding was just listed on a Friday night. She was so prompt and showed me the home the next morning. As soon as I stepped in to the house, I knew I needed to have it—and apparently so did many others! There were multiple offers on this home and Fumiko stepped up to the plate and battled through negotiation and ultimately won me the first house of my dreams. During the inspection period, she was so responsive and resourceful. Plus, she even ended up convincing the seller to give me back a good amount of concession towards closing. HUGE WIN! It was a roller coaster experience, but she made it the best experience possible for me. I could not recommend her enough—USE HER AS YOUR AGENT! I don't know how to start but I have been more than satisfied with all the help from Martha, always very attentive and with an excellent explanation in each of the steps to follow in order to acquire any type of property, in this case mine. In addition to his great attention, she is always available at any time and even Saturday and Sunday at any time, something that does not happen with any realtor.
