After beginning to work with her she managed to find us the home we are in now our first day of doing walkthroughs. She was very thorough gave us good options, and really took the time to get to know what we were looking for. Paula is an experienced real estate agent and a true professional. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with her and I have had a positive home buying experience with her as my agent. I would highly recommend her. She was knowledgeable about the real estate in Indiana PA, had a wealth of knowledge about the financing aspect and helped me me navigate the whole purchase process. She shared resources with me that helped things to keep moving along. When I encountered some challenges with the documentation and some aspects of the financing she worked closely with my banker and closing agent to keep things moving along. Thanks to her efforts we were able to meet the closing deadline as well as have issues that I would have missed without her diligence identified and remediated. She continues to be a valued resource even after the closing. We are happy with our new home and very appreciative of Paula's efforts in getting us here.

Paula, throughout this past year, has been very kind, patient and has shown her professionalism with her constant communication. We were remote sellers so, we placed all of our needs and confidence in her hands and she did not disappoint. We enthusiastically recommend Paula. She's exceptionally patient and always follows up on our questions and concerns, both through words and actual action. She's super available in person, over email, and by text. She's a shark in negotiations. She's persistent when it most counts and looks out for her clients. When it came to hiring a law firm for closing, she gave us her recommendations, and enabled us to make our own decisions. Paula is also down to earth.
