There just aren’t enough good words in the dictionary to describe how great LeeAnn is! We were moving from out of state and had less than 2 days to find a house, and LeeAnn cleared her schedule for us, and spent the entire time helping us find exactly what we were looking for. She understood our family’s needs so well and went above and beyond for us. She was on the ball with communication, very well networked in the area, she could get any information we needed within minutes it seemed like, and the people she recommended for various things were excellent as well. She’s professional, gracious, sharp, intuitive, and a fantastic negotiator. We are so happy with our new home and so thankful that she got us here. Highly recommend.

Carolyn is an amazing agent, we could not have done this without her! Her patience and hard work to move the buying process along was beyond anything we expected! We are first time home buyers and she was always available for any question, by text or phone call. She is very knowledgeable about the area we moved to as well as what would be needed to pass any appraisal. She prepared us for every step along the way. She also kept us informed of what was going on behind the scenes as well. Carolyn worked very well with our loan officer and mortgage lender. We could ask her any question and she would answer us quickly or track down the answer for us. This was a difficult process at times but Carolyn was always there for anything we needed, she was the perfect agent for us!
