Overall good experience with everyone involved. Crystal definitely deserves a huge thank you, with out her helping me along I'd backed out least a few times. She put up with me the whole time witch trust me is hard to do. I feel most would of gave up after what happened with the bank, the foundation, and the electrical. Yet she did not. Was always there to answer my questions and keep the process moving. Will be in touch with her when it comes time to buying a farm. Also would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Dan

I will start by saying my fiancé and I are 21 year olds who haven’t even had credit for more than a year! He just graduated college, and im a barista at a local shop. We WERE inexperienced, but Lee Ann took us from knowing absolutely nothing, to understanding almost everything there is to know in real-estate, and most important got us into our dream home!! She always went above and beyond to make sure we understood and we’re happy!! She even make us a gorgeous sign for our house as a welcome present! Not the first time we've used Lee Ann. She's been excellent every time. She helped us determine a price range, told what repairs she recommended, and helped guide us through offers. She was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I told her I'd do a backflip if she sold our house for over a specific number. She went over that number and didn't even make me do the backflip. We will continue to use her.

Paula was great to work with. As we were not locals we relied heavily on her for advice. She was well prepared and knowledgable about the houses we were viewing and was even more of a help in writing the offer and through closing. Would highly recommend her.
