We were first time buyers of a large investment property and I admit, I was apprehensive to make such a large investment. Lindsay handled everything in a very timely manner. She knew who to call for every question I had about the water/sewage/electrical, etc. Always answered her phone when I called and texted back immediately if I texted her any questions. The whole experience was made so much better knowing she was my agent. We are 2 weeks post closing and are eagerly starting our "Landlord" life. My list could go on and on of what a wonderful realtor Carolyn was for us. She us patient, she is knowledgeable and answered any question we had. She never pressured us or tried to rush us just so she could get her sale. She became our therapist when we didn't think this would happen for us. I felt like I had known her my entire life and through her this process went with ease bc she was with us 100% of the way. I think we truly got the long end of the stick when we got Carolyn. Paula had done an excellent Job. I was in a difficult circumstance. My brother had passes away and I lived in Colorado. Paula had the house on the Market within a week of our first conversation. After each viewing she would let me know any feedback that prospective buyers had. She always put me and my needs and interest first. She was concerned about my wellbeing. She was excellent with communication. I knew what was going on at all times. She had services to help clean and repair the house. She made selling a house in Pennsylvania from Colorado very easy. She was more concerned. She is incredible and I am blessed to have found her.
