We hired Alan to sell our cabin in Mt Lemmon after taking it off the market because we originally signed with another company that did very little to market and show our property. I wanted to wait until spring but Alan was persistent in asking us to give him a chance to sell, he felt confident that he could. And sure enough, he sold it within 2 weeks with a full price offer! Then we asked him to help us find a rental home, again, I thought I would have to wait for prices to go back down but he found us a great house. There was a few offers on the house but he worked it out and we got the house! He is a real go getter and we are happy to have him as our realtor! Would highly recommend his services!

After my parents passed, my brother and I inherited our family home, it was a very emotional time for us and a hard decision to sell our family home after 50 years. Also considering we both have our own homes and I did not live in the city that our family home was in. From the very first meeting with Anthony he treaded my brother and me with empathy, compassion and understanding, knowing that this was very hard for the both of us to let the house go. He kepted our best interests in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was his straightforward style. We both have jobs and with me not living in the same city Anthony respected our time. He did his research to assist with assessing a fair market value of our home and controlled effectively with the other relator on our behalf. He did a great job with listening to our needs and did not waste time with showing to buyers that did not meet our objectives. Our transaction went very smoothly and we closed on time. Anthony has the abilities that make him an exceptionally successful and effective relator. Anthony has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious and always kepted our best interests in mind. Santiago helped me buy and sell a home I loved, he is very professional and easy to work with. He always goes the extra mile and has the buyer/sellers best interest at heart. He even contacted me in the middle of the ocean when he received an offer on my house. Selling a home long distance is always challenging, but Santiago was always there for me (literally). He went out of his way to ensure my home would get top dollar. He also made sure I got a fair deal when I bought the home 3 years earlier. I can’t recommend him highly enough. My neighbors even noticed and commented that their agent would NEVER be as active/helpful as Santi was throughout the process. Thank you Santi, you’re the best!
