Being a REALTOR® is perfect for my personality. I enjoy working with people one-on-one or in small groups. I pay attention to details and know-how to stay organized. I’m a goal-setter, using my even-tempered attitude and drive to reach those goals. And who doesn’t love being their own boss? I always go the extra mile for my clients. Once, I met clients at an open house. They were looking for a home in Tucson but lived out of state. Via many emails, we pinned down 6 homes they were interested in and planned a busy day of home viewing. Once they arrived we got to work and found their forever home in one day! From there it was just negotiating the price, repairs, etc., and moving them into a home they love. Another client, a single lady, was moving by herself and overwhelmed by moving out of state. I volunteered to help her pack, collect boxes, and move – I even cleaned out her fridge for her because she was exhausted. It was exciting to see her start a new journey as I drove her to the airport. When I’m not working (and I’ve been called a workaholic many times) I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog or talking to the neighbors. I enjoy gardening, baking, sewing, and quilting. I was extremely pleased with Amanda Hart's services to me as a realtor.

Amanda Hart has been a great help to me both in finding the perfect home for me and afterwards. She has come over to my new house on multiple occasions to assist me with the controls, filters., etc., as well as helping me find the right service providers. Tenacious in her representation. Outstanding advocate. Can’t believe how well this turned out.

Deb was simply outstanding in her representation of us during our purchase. Even though we are from out of state, so completing this purchase from a distance, we never felt disconnected or uncertain of what needed to happen next. Deb was tenacious in her representation of us and would not settle for anything from the seller that did not completely fulfill the terms of our agreements. Simply the best – so helpful and professional!
