I used Dionel's services when selling one home and purchasing another. He was very professional and knowledgeable. His drive and commitment showed that he had our best interest in mind. My wife and I are thrilled with the outcome and love our new home.

I am very thankful for the time and effort Dionel put in to help my husband and I find our first home. I work two jobs and he made it possible to see multiple properties in the span of a few evenings and on Sundays. He was able to help me understand the contracts being written for the offers that were being put in and for the ones when finalizing our home. Thank you for going above and beyond. We love our home and the community we live in.

Troy is a awesome realtor that I would refer over and over again. He made selling my house at ease. I was a bit concerned because of the stories I've heard about houses trying to be sold, sitting on the market for months, but Troy did it in 7 days. Thanks so much Troy!!!

We have bought and sold a few houses in the past and never had the service that CJ provided us. Without prompting, CJ found the perfect home for us that wasn't even listed! He didn't stop there, he exhibited quite a bit of patience, taking the appropriate amount of time, discussing all the details with us with respect to buying a house. Even after the purpose, CJ took the time to follow up and help us navigate all the nuances of the new house. Excellent job. I would highly recommend CJ.

Christa was everything my fiancé and I could ask for in a realtor and more! Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, she was there for us through the very frustrating times with our mortgage company. She was always available and responded to our concerns in a timely manner. Would recommend to any family member or friend to use Christa Harding as their realtor.

Troy helped me purchase my first home recently. He is honest, professional, and very organized. He's not just your average realtor; he goes above and beyond to satisfy all his clients. All of his clients are his TOP priority. He always gave me the best advice and never led me in the wrong direction. I cannot stress enough how thankful I am that Troy helped me through this process. From the preapproval to the closing table, he was there! Whether you are a seller or buyer, I highly recommend Troy for all your real estate needs.

Attention to detail , at closing she picked up on the fact that our credit from the seller was not being honored, saved us money as we thought it was included. she was great with negotiating the price and us getting the house we fell in love with, she convinced the seller we are the perfect buyers as alot of other persons there viewing the house and making offers. She is just the best excellent in all aspects. I remember at first my wife thought we were too picky not really liking some of the houses, I told Tricia and she told my wife, " Listen my gold is to get you into a house you are comfortable with , one you will love." she made us feel we were the only important clients , but I know for a fact that is the way everyone feels who have dealt with her. she is the best, she is on time everytime, love her energy, she was confident we would find our home and she delivered professionally.
