My wife and I have worked with Trich in the past. She sold one of my wife's properties several years ago and did such an excellent job we decided to contact her again for selling our Thyme dr. Property in PBG. We were very anxious because we had just purchased our new home in NC and needed to get this one sold asap. Trish has excellent realtor skills and is intuitive not only to the sellers needs but also the buyer! She goes way above and beyond when it comes to putting in the time to sell a place or representing the buyer. We could call her day and night with our questions and we had many, and she was always there. We sold this property while out of state so you really have to put all of your trust in your realtor. In first our encounter with Trich she was punctual and her punctually was evident throughout our journey visiting over thirty homes including some on two occasions. Trich spend a considerable amount of time speaking with my wife and me in her attempt to understand all aspect of our lives. As activities to support the selling of our home began, I quickly realized that Trich was well versed in every aspect of her profession, and she laid out a series of tasks that had to be completed to ensure the sale of our home. Fortunately, for us we followed Trich’s instructions and in conjunction with her market survey for pricing our home and organizing a photo shoot we sold our home within two weeks after visits by four families. The key was the listing and the excellent photo shoot of our home produced by Trich professional photographer. The next phase of the house selection journey began, and it was quite a journey. Visiting over thirty different styled homes, in different cities and sub-divisions was clearly orchestrated by Trich as she attempted to build her knowledge of our likes and dislikes. . By this time, Trich was not only our real estate agent but our friend.
