About 2 yrs ago my husband and I were introduced to Trish by a family friend. We were interested in knowing what we needed to do to and get together to prepare to buy a house. She gave us some pointers and we got to work. She was very patient and informative, she gave us everything we needed to get to where we needed to be. Her personality and energy is amazing! She walked us through every contract and answered every question and concern we had. We were blessed to have Trish in our corner on closing day she’s family life!

My wife and I have worked with Trich in the past. She sold one of my wife's properties several years ago and did such an excellent job we decided to contact her again for selling our Thyme dr. Property in PBG. We were very anxious because we had just purchased our new home in NC and needed to get this one sold asap. Trish has excellent realtor skills and is intuitive not only to the sellers needs but also the buyer! She goes way above and beyond when it comes to putting in the time to sell a place or representing the buyer. We could call her day and night with our questions and we had many, and she was always there. We sold this property while out of state so you really have to put all of your trust in your realtor. Trich represented us 100% in every way so we never felt uneasy about not being there in person. Trich is a constant professional with a passion and commitment that goes without saying. She has that classic old school style of friendliness and warmth but also does her research so she can see a situation from all angles! This is a very unique gift, a trait you don't always see in the real estate business these days. This will be the second property Trish has sold for us with great success and she is now working on our third one! Thank you for everything Trich!

My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Trich to sell our condo and to buy our new home. She gave us tips on prepping and staging our condo for sale, arranged the photographs and helped us get the maximum price. We were able to get a solid offer only a week after listing our condo - she made this process a breeze. Tricia’s upbeat, bubbly personality made the house hunting experience fun and pleasurable. She’s blessed with infinite amount of patience – we looked at over 40 houses in less than a month and her vibrant personality did not wane. She helped us find the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. We are very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend Trich to anyone!

My husband and I set out on the house hunting adventure. He was given Trich's info from a coworker. We found an the most reliable, honest, hardworking and dedicated realtor. Trich stayed on us, gave us constant homework. It was never too late to email and ask her questions. Often times as I emailed and said you don't have to respond until the morning, a phone call may follow or a group text message. This is how dedicated she is to what she was born to do. Kudos to a very vibrant, sincere realtor. #An Island gem in real- realtoring!!

In first our encounter with Trich she was punctual and her punctually was evident throughout our journey visiting over thirty homes including some on two occasions. Trich spend a considerable amount of time speaking with my wife and me in her attempt to understand all aspect of our lives. As activities to support the selling of our home began, I quickly realized that Trich was well versed in every aspect of her profession, and she laid out a series of tasks that had to be completed to ensure the sale of our home. Fortunately, for us we followed Trich’s instructions and in conjunction with her market survey for pricing our home and organizing a photo shoot we sold our home within two weeks after visits by four families. The key was the listing and the excellent photo shoot of our home produced by Trich professional photographer. The next phase of the house selection journey began, and it was quite a journey. Visiting over thirty different styled homes, in different cities and sub-divisions was clearly orchestrated by Trich as she attempted to build her knowledge of our likes and dislikes. . By this time, Trich was not only our real estate agent but our friend. Trich personality and sincerity gave us a sense of comfort that we were really working together as a team to choose a lovely affordable home in a nice neighborhood that would make us happy. Even though time consuming we were enjoying the journey and was extremely confident that Trich will lead us to our new home As Trich gained knowledge of the type of home that would make us happy, the choices of homes we visited narrowed and eventually she led us to a house that we loved and selected for making an offer. Next Trich guided us through every aspect of closing always negotiating with the seller in our best interest and eventually we successfully ended our journey with joy and happiness all attributed to the professional services of Trich Chung-Jolicoeur
