It was simply a fantastic experience shopping for a new home with Tricia, who became almost like a family member throughout the process. As a first time home buyer, I felt at ease knowing that Tricia had been making every effort to ensure that my experience went well and that I would be satisfied with my decision once it was all over. She performed absolutely exceptionally, maintaining her professionalism throughout but also revealing to you that she is human as well and understands the anxiety and nervousness that comes with purchasing a home. She kept me abreast on all the happenings from viewing to contract execution right through to closing so there was not a moment that I felt in the dark.
