The selling of the house in West Palm Beach was a long drawn out process because of many factors. Trich went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. She was persistent in following up with a contractor to get an open permit closed so that we could finally close on the house. She kept me as the seller well informed and communicated with the buyer to keep her on board through multiple extensions on the contract. She even did some clean up on the property more than once since I do not live in the area. I simply can't say enough about her service and professional knowledge and performance. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to contact her again if the need should ever arise. Thanks Trich for being so phenomenal! You are the best in my book!

We began our journey to purchase a Florida condo for vacation use by checking online listings from home in MA. Donavon Davies was the realtor on a condo that interested us so I gave him a call. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, he called me right back! He was not only professional & knowledgeable about the market, after a few minutes on the phone, it was clear that he is someone who possesses a strong sense of integrity. That is of the utmost importance to us so we decided to stick with him & not enlist any other realtors in our search. We visited FL for a week & met with Donavon. He showed us some places but it wasn't until we returned to MA that the listing for what is now our new place appeared. Donavon showed us the property virtually (also on a Sunday afternoon because that was the 1st day it was being shown) & took us through the offer process. Unfortunately, another party offered more over listing than we felt it was worth, but when their deal fell through, we got another chance & our offer was accepted! It was quite a challenge to purchase property so far from our home but Donavon guided us smoothly, expertly advising us the entire time. We could not be happier with our Florida condo & we couldn't have done it without Donavon! Thank you!!

My wife and I are NJ transplants, and met with Trich because she came highly recommended by friends. The glowing review they gave came to life once we started working with her. We were so ready to buy, but the market was brutal! Trich kept us up to date, made sure to explain our options, answered all of our questions, got down in the trenches with us, and most of all - Trich gave us hope! Trich weathered the storm with us and did not rest until we found the one. Because of her we found our home. We've even already recommended Trich to other family and friends!

Adam is a phenomenal realtor and represented us on the sale and purchase of a new home. He took the time to understand our needs and was very attentive throughout the process. He is very patient and excellent at communicating what is going on. When working with Adam you never feel like just another client as he goes above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service any time of day. Adam also helped patch drywall work prior to closing, really going above and beyond. Working with Adam also resulted in selling our condo for the highest value ever at the building. Overall, if you have the opportunity to work with Adam, do it.

Simply the best! These words resonated with me as I recall my experience with my realtor, Trisha Julicoeur. I was very apprehensive about finding the house I wanted. But after describing my dream home to Trish, her comforting response was, "There is something out there for you," built my confidence. Everything and I mean absolutely everything afterward was clockwork, magical, good vibes, all hitches quickly solved and I am now a proud, satisfied, happy first time homeowner. Thanks for your calm, bubbly tenacity throughout this entire process. Trisha Jolicoeur, you are simply the best Realtor!
