Donavon Davies

We began our journey to purchase a Florida condo for vacation use by checking online listings from home in MA. Donavon Davies was the realtor on a condo that interested us so I gave him a call. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, he called me right back! He was not only professional & knowledgeable about the market, after a few minutes on the phone, it was clear that he is someone who possesses a strong sense of integrity. That is of the utmost importance to us so we decided to stick with him & not enlist any other realtors in our search. We visited FL for a week & met with Donavon. He showed us some places but it wasn't until we returned to MA that the listing for what is now our new place appeared. Donavon showed us the property virtually (also on a Sunday afternoon because that was the 1st day it was being shown) & took us through the offer process. Unfortunately, another party offered more over listing than we felt it was worth, but when their deal fell through, we got another chance & our offer was accepted! It was quite a challenge to purchase property so far from our home but Donavon guided us smoothly, expertly advising us the entire time. We could not be happier with our Florida condo & we couldn't have done it without Donavon! Thank you!!

We were so lucky that we found Donavon. We were trying to buy a new home in Florida while living in Massachusetts. It was not easy but Donavon made the difference. We looked and looked and he never let us down. We are now happily settling in our new home and it’s hard to think that we would be here without Donavon’s efforts. He is awesome!
