The selling of the house in West Palm Beach was a long drawn out process because of many factors. Trich went above and beyond what I would have expected from a realtor. She was persistent in following up with a contractor to get an open permit closed so that we could finally close on the house. She kept me as the seller well informed and communicated with the buyer to keep her on board through multiple extensions on the contract.
