Kayai took the time to explain the dos and the don’ts of selling a house. The whole transaction she mostly cared about what I want. She keep me posted on everything and did not keep me in the dark. “We recently closed on a condo in West Pam Beach.” This very simple statement is far more complicated than what one reads. Leading up to the closing we spent at least six days a week in December looking at homes and condos along the Florida coast from Delray Beach to West Palm Beach. Our real estate brokers, Kazaya Irizarry and Ryan Irizarry, after a few showings and much conversation, were able to pinpoint our needs. They understood us and focused on only the most suitable locations, buildings and condos. Always patient and supportive, the took us to more than three dozen locations. Although we were back in NY when our condo came on the market, they quickly offered to see it and do a virtual viewing. They approached it as if they were family members, took videos, met with the building staff and sought out as many details about the building as they could to reassure us that this was the one.
