I first met Kayai through a friend and we kept in contact since. She’s very knowledgeable and professional. She would always answer whatever questions I had before even going through the purchase process. Then when we finally started the process she referred me to a lender, started the home buying process, she helped me with submitting paperwork, even the Lender Chot’sani Brown was very helpful. They both went Above and beyond. And we were always communicating no matter what time. If I ever plan on buying again she will be my realtor again.

She also made sure that the seller did not take advantage of me as a first time homebuyer. She is responsive and quick with her communication which is valued in this market. Kayai was able to connect me with several different professionals in order to find who and what was best for me and my family. She is kind, polite, and honest. I had an exceptional experience with my home buying process starting with my realtor Kayai! The first conservation that I had with Kayai was very informative about the home buying process with information about obtaining prior approval. I was very pleased with Kayai promptness of returning calls and answering of any questions. I was happy with Kayai’s knowledge about locations and availability of homes for sale in many area of interest for me. Finding a place that would satisfy location needs as well as Feeling safe and welcomed within the community and environment along with the perfect price point for a first time buyer like myself, was what you WOULD think be the most stressful and discouraging experiences, it was everything but that. Justin made it his every effort to discuss every detail with me and never left me guessing or feeling “out of the loop” so to speak. He made this experience stress free and enjoyable. Whenever I had a question about something I didn’t understand he would take his time to explain it and go over everything as many times as it took for me to feel better. I never felt like I couldn’t call or count on him. Best realtor hands down in soflo.

Justin is a top-notch real estate professional whose constant communication and market knowledge helped us find the perfect home. We got a great deal and even negotiated to have the seller pay for most of our closing costs. If you are using a lesser realtor, switch to Justin. It will blow your mind to see how much you've been missing from your current agent. Hiring anyone else is just plain foolish.
