She have an amazing team that work with her. She is VERY resourceful. She know her job and does it well. She’s there for you to answer most of your questions that you may not understand. Arnold Jerome demonstrated ultimate professionalism from the beginning to the end of the home buying process. Mr. Jerome always kept my wife and myself informed, made the process so easy, and explained information that a first time homebuyer may not be privy to. Mr. Jerome also was always available to answer home calls/emails and connected us to the necessary lenders and inspectors to get the job done in a timely fashion. I could not ask for a better realtor.

This was my first time buying a home and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. I literally knew nothing AT ALL about this business and he walked me through the entire process with patience and respect. This is an individual who dedicates time to master his craft and has extensive knowledge about the market. However, the number one thing that stood out for me was his honesty and the fact that I knew he always had my back. He would never put me in a situation that wasn’t ideal for me and my family. Also, he was always available for any questions or issues I had and my calls always felt welcome no matter how much I thought I was bothering him. Outside of being a great realtor, he is just a stand up and humble guy and I can’t wait to work with him again for any future endeavors.

Justin was raised within the townships that he works and is intellectually honest to his clients about his recommendations related to best places to live in Florida. Justin’s recommendations are shaped by client's desires however he appropriately didn’t let us go astray. At times Justin reminded me of a guidance counselor always ready to offer the wisdom of his experience and knowledge. His pledge to his clients is that no matter the size of an issue he will be happy to discuss his recommendations and all potential solutions within just minutes and he has been true to that vow. Justin’s job did not stop after completion of our purchase as he was available to help with even the most minor post sale questions related to our new villa. Justin deserves a 5 star rating. He was able to arrange all details of finding the new home and its purchase as we went along with our lives 1200 miles away. He remains as our new friend in FL.
