Beth made a very stressful and complicated home buying experience come to fruition. At times we thought this is never going to happen. Beth led us through each step and if she didn't know an answer she was on it immediately. Ours was not a normal buyer seller situation. Many things kept popping up that were not expected, Beth researched, zoomed, called, emailed to get it done and Done she did. She recommended our lender to us as well and they were great. We cant say enough about Beth and her knowledge and unbelievable patience with us (me). I was not the easiest client at times but we made the best of things and she always kept my spirits up and never gave up for us. We plan on this being our forever home, but will send friends and family to her in a instant and if the time occurs we do sell, Beth will be the one we call. We have new freind as well as a realtor.

We were relocating and had no idea about the area and it was right when Covid started We were no able to meet with Renee until May. So everything we did prior was texting, email and phone. Renee would call us Every week to tell us about properties she thought might work and I would give her a list of possibilities. She never gave up and was a great encouragement to us. Our house sold in May so we needed to meet with Renee mask and all. So we only had a day she showed several houses and the last one is one we had looked at online for sometime and it was still available . That is the one We liked from the beginning . She was very knowledgeable about the area. At closing she couldn’t go in with us but she stayed in parking lot until we were done. Renee Has called to check on us since closing. Having not been able to meet Shelly until well into the buying process, she was great at getting me information, knowing what I wanted, but also letting me know what else might be out there that was different from my initial criteria. Overall I enjoyed working with Shelly and she got me into my new home very quickly and with little fuss. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on negotiation is because there wasn't much price movement at all from asking to closing. It is entirely possible that is more a result of market forces than anything else, but it's hard to know for sure.
