I’m not sure if I can hold myself back from strutting like Tina Turner and singing this tune for Rebecca Wayman! Not only did she demonstrate the utmost patience with me as we looked at hundreds of homes over the years, she was always kind and responsive to all my needs. Shelly helped us find our retirement home long distance! She was dedicated even though we were not planning to retire for a year, she would keep showing us homes... finally, when we were ready, she would send us video tours in detail of homes we may be interested in... she would describe the pluses & minuses... we appreciated that!!!! Then “our home” popped up... went down to see in person... loved it... and went back north... closed the deal long distance... we are now in Savannah 2 months & almost settled in.... In full disclosure I should admit Beth is also my sister. If you think that means I’m going to tell you about my awesome special family deal, you’re wrong - just the perfect place at a great price with excellent service! This is my first time working with my sister, and her professionalism is astounding. Anytime we discussed business, she was not my sister, but my real estate agent. I think my husband even *enjoyed* the process of this purchase. Let me tell you why: Buying a condo, during a pandemic, from halfway around the world… It should have been a nightmare, but she made it feel completely effortless. We are currently assigned overseas, 9+ hours ahead of Savannah. Beth arranged all virtual/video walk throughs on what time worked best for us. She did the same with any meetings. She made sure everyone involved was comfortable with emails and video chats.
