Dawn was exceptional with helping us find our new construction home, especially with doing most of the process from out of state. We had to try and meet on weekends when we were in the area, and she never had an issue making something work for her and the other vendors who were going to be doing some work before we moved in. A bonus is she absolutely adored our kids, and helped to entertain them while we looked around and discussed our options. We cannot recommend Dawn enough!

I was no easy client, as a first time home buyer it took me months to find a house that was in my price range. This was no fault to Jo, it was just very difficult to find something to tick all my boxes for the right price. Jo was extremely helpful along the way, she provided me with a lot of useful info and always had my best interest in mind. She was extremely flexible when it came to doing house showings (I think we toured at least 30 homes). When we found houses that I wanted to make an offer on, Jo would ensure that I was comfortable and familiar with the process, she always kept me very informed. Once I had my offer accepted, Jo helped walk me through the process of buying a home and let me know the next steps. I now live in a home that I love and I wouldn't be here without Jo! She provided me with an excellent first home buying experience, I look forward to working with her in the future if I ever plan on moving.
