Jamie has helped me sell 2 houses and both times things went through without any problems or last minute issues. On my most recent sale, which was a huge one as I was leaving the state, Jamie kept in touch to make sure things were going okay with getting the house ready and then once we sold, to make sure I was doing okay with moving.
