I tried selling my house by myself, Joel was the first one to contact me. He came in and proved to me why I should list it with him, even after I had convinced myself of not needing a realtor. The house sold in 6 hours of it being on the market. He picked a great selling price. I was nervous that I wasn’t going to be able to find a house that I liked in the price that I wanted. Once again I was proved wrong, Joel showed us about 8-9 houses before we found the one we wanted. He never tried to hurry us or push us towards a house we didn’t like. Even after being in our current house for a couple of years now we still like looking. Joel continues to send us houses for sale that we might be interested in, even though the chances of us moving again In the next couple of years is highly unlikely. Yet, he still shows us his dedication to his customers by continuing to look for us. I would refer Joel Conner to anyone in the Des Moines area looking for a realtor.
