Michelle handled the sale of my mom’s house last month – she did a wonderful job and I was thrilled with the results. We had an offer within weeks of the house being listed. She was the only realtor that I visited with that took the time to sit down with me and offer suggestions for minimizing disruptions to my mom during a time that was really difficult for her (…letting go of house that she had lived in for over 40 years). Michelle put in place an initial strategy for selling the house and tweaked it a bit to generate interest and traffic. She made the whole experience seamless for my mom which I appreciated.
