Tammy was easy to work with. She set clear expectations for the marketing and sale process. She was helpful in identifying choices and the benefits of each choice, but let me make the decision. Even at the end of the sale, Tammy made it easy by bringing the closing paperwork to my house. Although selling a house is not something I do every day, Tammy's bright personality and expertise made the entire experience fabulous.

When we first contacted Susie we were looking for a zero entry townhouse. Within a few days she found two. They sold so quickly we didn't get them. When we found an apartment we loved Susie went to work and the day after our house went on the market it was sold! Once it was sold Susie was by our side through the entire process. She was amazing!! Thank you so much Susie.

Rainey is knowledgeable and helped me through every step of the house-buying process. Rainey made the process seamless and simple enough for me to understand as a first-time homeowner. Every hurdle that was thrown into the process was addressed in a timely manner. I appreciated how thorough Rainey was in answering my questions and digging for answers about the properties I toured. Many details go into purchasing a house and Rainey's extensive knowledge led me to make a strong informed decision. Overall, I was beyond pleased with the service I received and the positive working relationship that has bloomed. I would recommend Rainey to anyone looking at buying any form of property. You will not be disappointed in the service you receive from this committed and passionate realtor.

I transferred to Des Moines from Omaha last year while the housing market was booming. Dawn was referred to me by my bosses wife who does Mortgage closings. While inventory was very limited, Dawn worked hard to find us houses in our preferred area to view. She has many contacts in the industry to make this transition as smooth as possible including knowing about homes that have yet to be listed, which is what we ended up with after many days of searching. We had some painting work to be done before moving in and being from Omaha we were not familiar with painting contractors on a short notice. Dawn contacted a General Contractor that she works with and got him lined up for us, he was able to get the painting done on short notice. We also ran into an issue with a thermostat as soon as we moved in. I called Dawn and she was able to give me the name of a AC guy who came out and got that fixed as well. When you use Dawn Edwards as your real estate agent, you get more that just an agent, you get a professional in the industry who WILL find you the home you are looking for! We will definitely recommend Dawn to all our friends who need a professional agent to help them find their next dream home. Thank you Dawn!

I was impressed with John's knowledge of new construction when we toured a spec home with him. We decided to build a home, and he did such a good job answering my questions and communicating with us throughout our build process.
