I worked with Jeff to sell an occupied rental home during the Great Pandemic Housing Rush. The home showed beautifully and the photography on the website was excellent. Jeff handled a multitude of showings over several days that yielded many offers with some of them over the asking price. He handled the ensuing negotiations, inspections and closing with complete professionalism and kept me informed throughout. We ended up with a profitable sale and a satisfied buyer.

My wife and I dealt with a couple of realtors before we found Jeff that simply could not meet our standards. We felt so blessed to find him and he showed us quite a few homes before we found the perfect one for us! he was so patient with us and waited until we knew it was the right place for us. Our home has everything that we wanted, including a fenced in backyard all brand new appliances, and so much more! we have been here about a year, and it has been the happiest year of our lives. 10 out of 10 experience, and when or if we ever sell this home, we will 100% stick with Jeff! He really made us feel heard and seen, and made the entire process so easy to navigate, which is a lot to say because if you have ever tried to buy a house, you know it is very stressful. wlWe couldn’t have done it without him!

Let's start by saying Susie is a fantastic person! I have bought and sold several houses in the last 15 years around the US. Thankfully we found Susie because I do not think anyone was prepared for what the next several months of hurdles that came upon us. I cannot go into details but I am pretty sure most would of given up. Not Susie. Susie went above and beyond what anyone would have done and stuck by our side and continued to get our house sold, this. I actually feel lucky to have met Susie and to know someone is on your side is the best feeling. We will be purchasing another home in the future and I will only make one call to who will be my realtor. If there was an option for 10 stars I would put 20! Thanks Susie, you are the best!!!
