HOME, Inc. is an affordable housing nonprofit that used Nora on a special demonstration project. We built a single family home with an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in the back yard. Since this was the first ADU built since the zoning laws changed to allow for them, there was some added leg work on the realtor's end. Nora went above and beyond to help us market the demonstration project and get it sold. She was highly organized and kept us on track. Susie is simply the best real estate agent I've encountered, and I've known some great ones. She was prompt to set up showings, spent as much time with us as needed, and has a delightful, outgoing personality. She gives excellent, experienced advice, responds to texts and questions immediately, and makes you feel like you are her only and best client. She makes the paperwork and logistical stuff very easy for everyone. And here's what especially set her apart for me: I needed to arrange painters and floorers after the purchase but had to be out of town - she not only recommended experts to hire, but personally met them at the property so they could provide estimates and get the projects going. The people she recommended were fantastic. To me, this is truly above and beyond. Everything about this transaction was positive - even though it was just a small condo we're using as a second home, so probably not the most lucrative property on her list of clients. She's happy to chat about renovations, provide advice or encouragement as needed - and just an all around delightful person. I can't recommend her highly enough!
