I told Michelle what the criteria that I was looking for and she suited my search to those specific needs. It took a bit but the one I found kind of fell out of nowhere and we didn't waste any time. It also helped that I was already pre-approved so that moved the process along nicely. Michelle's communication was spot on and helped me in the negotiation stage submitting my offer. We didn't waste time because we knee this property would not last. I was not able to make viewings on this property due to a crazy work schedule so Michelle took her own time and linked up with a virtual walk through and shortly after that, I submitted an offer. Overall, I would recommend Michelle.

Working with Melissa selling and then buying a house was great. I was on night shift and worked odd hours but she communicated with my girlfriend and myself to keep the balls rolling.
